Judy began her career at NOP in the 1980s and moved to a fledgling TRBi (now Synovate) where she became Deputy Managing Director. Once TRBi sold in 1994, Judy co-founded Leapfrog. She remains actively involved with clients' business. Judy is a full member of the MRS.
