Ultimately, though, what we do can be distilled into one key thought – to understand the relationship between people and brands and to harness the often untapped brilliance of consumers to build better brands.
We’re not in the business of ‘black box’ solutions. We custom-build our approach to each assignment, in order to best address the specific requirements of every brief. Qualitatively, if groups would work best, we will recommend groups. We may equally propose consumer blogs, brand-parties, rollover-quads, client-consumer innovation clinics, online forums, ethnographies, or semiotics.
Or, we might actually recommend a quantitative approach. There is no single approach, as no two research assignments are ever the same.
Our quant team (whose motto is: ‘stories told in numbers’) is experienced in a wide range of innovative methodologies and statistical techniques that perfectly partner our qual work. The core activity of Leapfrog quant is continuous tracking work, including brand and advertising, and customer satisfaction studies.
